The Leadership Solutions Model focuses on the development of Integrated Leadership Solutions to meet the needs of new organizations, or organizations that are maturing or in decline. The diagnostics process reveals strengths and weaknesses of an organization’s Leadership Executive Team and how it reacts to what we call the “Levers of Change.”
