Three areas in which this is especially evident are our staff, our research, and our Family-Partner Program. 

The Staff provides a level of attention that separates Hand & Associates from all other human resources consulting firms. Comprised of licensed clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and certified career counselors, this highly experienced staff provides caring, one-on-one guidance, both for immediate needs and long term follow-up.

The Research technologies and methodologies we use are tailored around each individual in order to provide timely, custom-fit job leads. In addition to exploring the broad variety of on-line databases and specialized publications, we employ a vast network of headhunters, as well as corporate and industry contacts. This enables us to monitor not-so-obvious job markets -- ensuring no stone is left unturned. 

The Family-Partner Program was created because we understand the impact that a job loss can have. We know that it affects not only the out placed individual, but also those closest to that person. With this in mind, we invite the spouse or partner to take part in our programs, too. This includes home visits when needed, as well as counseling on basic job search techniques and the relocation process. Our goal is to help the spouse or partner be as supportive as possible during the search process.
